NUTR 6915 Capstone Research Project
The Capstone Research Project is designed for the graduate student to apply foundational sciences and integrate evidence-based guidelines to the development and application of a nutrition-based research project by integrating food and nutritional sciences, foodservice systems, management, nutrition education and counseling, the nutrition plan of care, and/or leadership and service to the community. Dissemination of the student's capstone research project will be shared in a professional format.
