This course is the last course in a three-course series where students complete supervised practice hours under the supervision of a registered dietitian nutritionist. This class is a transition from a competent to an advanced beginner level of practice where students demonstrate mastery of requisite skills in preparation for entry-level practice. Objectives built for each rotation site serve to prepare interns to meet core competencies established by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics. This course will focus on opportunities in the professional setting, resume building, and career goal planning while preparing students to sit for the Registration Examination for Dietitians
