NUTR 5715 Dietetics Practicum II

This course is the second course in a three-course series where students continue supervised experiential learning in a professional work setting. This class is a transition from a novice introduction to an intermediate level where students demonstrate requisite skills required for entry-level practice. Learning experiences built for each rotation site serve to prepare students to meet relevant competencies established by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics.
