NUTR 5710 Dietetics Practicum I

This course is the first course in a three-course series where students begin supervised experiential learning in a professional work setting. This class is a novice introduction where students demonstrate requisite skills required for entry-level practice. Learning experiences for each rotation site serve to prepare students to meet relevant competencies established by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics.
