NUTR 5305 Advanced Methods of Nutrition Assessment course. Supervised experiential learning hours are provided as alternate experiences from simulation, case students and role playing. This course may be divided into smaller sections, allowing students to practice skills with a lab partner, standardized patient, or on a mannequin under the supervision of a clinical faculty member.
