Resignation from the University
Withdrawal or discontinuation of all courses in which the student is enrolled requires a student to resign from the University.
To officially resign from the University, a student must complete and submit a Student Resignation Form to the Registrar. The form is available on through Wolf Tracks.
A student who discontinues classes or leaves the University without following official procedures is subject to receiving an "F" grade and may be denied re-entry to the University.
Students should refer to the academic calendar for the final day to resign from the University. The date the completed form is received in the Office of the Registrar will be the official date resignation date.
Students resigning due to military orders must submit a copy of the military orders to the Office of the Registrar. Upon receipt of a copy of the orders, the student will be withdrawn from all courses without penalty.
Application for readmission is required when a student who has resigned from the University and wishes to re-enroll in courses at the University. (See the Re-entry Students information in this Catalog).
