The courses required for a minor in Great Books provides students the opportunity to delve into great works of literature from the classical age through to our contemporary era. The core texts are from a diverse range of authors, each examining what it means to be human in our world. The interdisciplinary minor prepares students to take their humanistic education into their chosen profession or the pursuit of graduate school.
To receive a minor in Great Books, students must earn a C or better in 15 credit hours of coursework as outlined below.
