MLSC 1310L Introduction to Laboratory Methods

In this course students will learn and practice fundamental clinical laboratory techniques including safety, phlebotomy, pipetting, and basic procedures in chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and immunohematology. Instruction also covers the principles and procedures for laboratory equipment such as microscopes and spectrometers and the theory of lab math.
