Academic Advising
The Office of Advising provides academic advising and academic coaching to incoming, continuing, and non-clinical students at the University.* Advisors assist with scheduling classes, tracking and maintaining appropriate curriculum plan progression, and providing the appropriate resources and support necessary for them to persist in achieving their academic goals. Additionally, they collaborate with other campus resources and departments to ensure that students' academic and personal needs are adequately met.
Each student is responsible for:
- seeking academic advising
- knowing and complying with University policies and procedures
- knowing the requirements of his or her chosen program
- taking courses in the proper sequence to ensure orderly and timely progress toward his/her educational goals
*Students enrolled in the Biology and Theology programs are advised by their respective program faculty.
