MATH 1315 College Algebra
The purpose of College Algebra is to provide the student with computational skills needed to solve a variety of problems. The student will see a wide range of techniques and strategies applied to problem solving. Problem solving is emphasized throughout the course. This is a one semester course covering such standard topics as functions (linear, quadratic, polynomial, rational, exponential and logarithmic), their applications and graphs as well as systems of equations.
