BIOL 2311 Human Anatomy and Physiology II

The course integrates the structure and function of the various components of the following organ systems: (1) the structure and function of the nervous system; (2) the structure and function of the endocrine system; (3) digestive system or gastrointestinal tract including the accessory glands (salivary glands, liver, gall bladder, and exocrine pancreas); (4) the cardiovascular and lymphatic systems including the heart, blood vessels, and blood (5) the respiratory system; (6) the urinary system; (7) the male reproductive system; and (8) the female reproductive system. Human developmental biology will be discussed in association with human reproduction and embryogenesis. Students are encouraged to take BIOL 2311L with this course.
