BIOL 1910 Vocations in Life Sciences
This course covers career opportunities in the fields of biological sciences. Topics will include expected training skills and the financial rewards and personal satisfaction of career choices in public health, state and federal agencies, veterinary medicine, biotechnology, forensic sciences, and academia/research. Students will use reflective writing and e-portfolios to develop an educational plan for reaching their personal career goals.
Transfer students majoring in biology with a 3.0 GPA and 30 credit hours or 2.0 GPA and 45 credit hours are exempt from BIOL 1910
