PHIL 3320 Business Ethics Seminar 1 - Corporate Social Responsibility

This course examines approaches to business decision making that recognizes corporations as social institutions with accordant moral responsibilities. That is, it examines the idea that corporations must consider the interests of numerous stakeholders. Readings draw upon the vast literature on corporate social responsibility.
