NUTR 5715 Dietetic Internship II
This course is the second course in a three-course series where students continue supervised practice hours under the supervision of a registered dietitian nutritionist. This class is a transition from a novice to a competent level of practice where students demonstrate intermediate requisite skills in preparation for entry-level practice. Objectives built for each rotation site serve to prepare interns to meet core competencies established by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics.
