MHCA 5375 Quality and Performance Improvement
This course applies the customer driven processes involving teams and process-thinking with the application of statistical tools. Provides students with knowledge, skills and tools necessary to implement, facilitate, and coordinate continuous quality improvement activities in healthcare environments. Focuses on €œworld class" performance systems and processes in healthcare. The class explores the best practice methods of performance improvement.
