MGMT 3515 Procurement and Supply Management

This course will provide an overview of key procurement processes, concepts and methodologies. Emphasis is placed on six primary areas of procurement including the purchasing process, category management, strategic sourcing, supplier selection, supplier quality management and negotiations.
