MGMT 2310 Negotiations

This course explores the processes of bargaining and negotiation as a social and managerial activity. Special emphasis will be given to the areas of interpersonal and inter-group conflict, as well as to the tactics and strategies involved with improved actor participation. Develops an awareness and understanding of ethical principles and stakeholder considerations that influence choices made in business transactions and business relationships.
