DPTH 7257 Rehabilitation and Prosthetics and Orthopedics

The purpose of the Rehabilitation with Prosthetics and Orthotics course is to present the principles of prescription, fabrication and assessment of orthoses and prostheses from a physical therapy perspective. Special emphasis is placed on evaluation and intervention of functional mobility utilizing assistive technology.
